She has worked as an advertising executive with large national clients and was a bilingual elementary .educator and teacher of English as a second language in Houston and in Charlotte.
Penni is a founding partner of Navarro Group. She enjoys any time with her two college age boys and partner, Eric, time at the lake and traveling.
Scottie is married to Danny Trapp, a Presbyterian minister. They have two grown daughters, one happily married in Columbia, SC raising 4 year old triplets and the other working in Washington, D.C. She enjoys reading, running, tennis and all things at the beach!

Crystal is an active member at her church where she has served as Deacon Chair, Missions Coordinator. Pastor Search Committees and the Youth team.

A native to North Carolina, Holly Boehm grew up in Clayton, NC and moved to Charlotte shortly after graduating from North Carolina State University where she received a BS in Civil Engineering. She began her career focusing on roadway and highway design, but eventually transitioned to Information Technology within the Power industry. She worked as a Project IT Manager for nuclear and fossil power plants until 2017 when she had her third child.
.Holly has stayed active on various PTA Boards for her children's schools, most recently as PTA President as well as Fundraising and Corporate Sponsorship Chairs.Holly and her husband, Greg, have three daughters that keep them on their toes with their energy and endless activities. Spending time with family and exploring, whether it be through travel, being outside, games and sports, or trying a new activity, are big priorities for their family. Holly is an active member at her church and a big advocate for public education, where she finds joy volunteering and substitute teaching.
Katie Gunter spent her childhood across the Southeast and Midwest, eventually settling in Charlotte. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Katie returned to Charlotte to start her career in education as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow. She then transitioned into the business world, spending 18 years as a business manager and chief of staff for an executive, where she gained extensive experience in logistics, operations and project management.
.Katie and her husband Alex are proud parents of two young boys who keep them busy. In her free time, Katie enjoys gardening, cooking, the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and getting lost in a good book.
