Penni Stritter grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She attended college in Texas, graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Spanish (Italian minor).
She has worked as an advertising executive with large national clients and was a bilingual elementary .educator and teacher of English as a second language in Houston and in Charlotte.
Penni is a founding partner of Navarro Group. She enjoys any time with her two college age boys, time at the lake and traveling.

A native of Columbia, SC, Scottie graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Accounting and Risk Management. She began her career with Price Waterhouse where she worked for 11 years, starting in the audit department and then as HR Director for the Carolinas offices. Scottie retired from public accounting to raise her two daughters. . She began working part-time for Sockwell Partners in 1996 as their CFO and continues her relationship with Sockwell today. Scottie is a founding partner of Navarro Group. An active member at Myers Park Presbyterian Church, Scottie has served as a deacon and elder at Myers Park Presbyterian Church as well as serving on several pastor nominating committees. Scottie previously served on the boards of The Learning Collaborative and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Western Carolinas Chapter.
Scottie is married to Danny Trapp, a Presbyterian minister. They have two grown daughters, one happily married in Columbia, SC raising 4 year old triplets and the other working in Washington, D.C. She enjoys reading, running, tennis and all things at the beach!

A native of Charlotte, Crystal Smyth graduated with a BS from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She worked in medical sales before having children and joined Navarro Group in 2014.
Crystal currently works with non-profits & national member associations focusing on Project Management, Board and Administrative Support.

Auburn Volz grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. She attended college at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating with a BA in Psychology as well as minors in Public Health and Gender Studies. She started with Navarro Group after graduating in 2013.

After growing up in Augusta, Georgia, Alice Harry went to the University of Georgia where she majored in International Business and minored in French. Alice moved to Charlotte 18 years ago after living in Boston, Atlanta, and Birmingham. She has worked in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical and advertising industries. She is returning to the work force after volunteering on several school PTA boards. When not spending time with her family, Alice enjoys reading, traveling and, most especially, cooking.
After growing up in Chapel Hill, Kirsten Garrett graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA. She moved to Charlotte in December 2020 after living in Dallas, TX for 21 years. After being a stay-at-home Mom for 10 years, she worked for an Oil & Gas company for 16 years. Before moving to Dallas, she was a travel agency manager in San Francisco and Atlanta. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family that she moved closer to be with, exercising, traveling and enjoying fine wine and good food.
Alston Van Dyke, a North Carolina native, grew up in Charlotte and Mount Airy, NC. A graduate of Wake Forest University, she spent several years working in marketing for a trade association in the Washington, DC area before returning home to North Carolina. Upon her return, she started a marketing firm that represents small to medium sized corporations and organizations.
.Partnering with Navarro Group brings strategy, design, website development, social media and public relations to the firm. Alston is a Leadership Charlotte graduate and an Arts & Science Council Cultural Leadership Training participant. She was a 2021 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year candidate. A mom to 2 young kids and a wife to husband Chris, Alston enjoys hammock-swinging, spending time outdoors and all things Demon Deacon.
A native to North Carolina, Holly Boehm grew up in Clayton, NC and moved to Charlotte shortly after graduating from North Carolina State University where she received a BS in Civil Engineering. She began her career focusing on roadway and highway design, but eventually transitioned to Information Technology within the Power industry. She worked as a Project IT Manager for nuclear and fossil power plants until 2017 when she had her third child.
.Holly has stayed active on various PTA Boards for her children's schools, most recently as PTA President as well as Fundraising and Corporate Sponsorship Chairs.Holly and her husband, Greg, have three daughters that keep them on their toes with their energy and endless activities. Spending time with family and exploring, whether it be through travel, being outside, games and sports, or trying a new activity, are big priorities for their family. Holly is an active member at her church and a big advocate for public education, where she finds joy volunteering and substitute teaching.
