Naomi Reale acquired Navarro Group in June 2025. A New Jersey native, she earned her BSBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. With a deep-rooted passion for hospitality, Naomi is driven by the desire to create meaningful experiences, build strong communities, and bring clarity through streamlined processes.

Maura Atwater grew up in New Jersey graduating from Fordham University with a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance. After working in New York City for six years, she moved to Charlotte in 1997. She recently retired from a 30+ year career in Banking where she spent the majority of her time as a Relationship Manager. Maura joined the Navarro team in July 2025 and is excited to build new relationships that will strengthen and support the Charlotte community and surrounding areas.

A native of Charlotte, Crystal Smyth graduated with a BS from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She worked in medical sales before having children and joined Navarro Group in 2014. She enjoys working with local nonprofits and professional associations.

An active member of Park Road Baptist Church, she has served as Deacon Chair and Missions Coordinator. Crystal enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends in the NC mountains and the beach.

Auburn Volz Jeffers grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. She attended college at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating with a BA in Psychology as well as minors in Public Health and Gender Studies. She started with Navarro Group after graduating in 2013.

After growing up in Augusta, Georgia, Alice Harry graduated from the University of Georgia, where she majored in International Business and minored in French. Alice moved to Charlotte 26 years ago after living in Boston, Atlanta, and Birmingham. She has worked in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical and advertising industries, as well as volunteering on several school PTA boards. When not spending time with her family, Alice enjoys reading, traveling, and, most especially, cooking.
After growing up in Chapel Hill, Kirsten Garrett graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA. She moved to Charlotte in December 2020 after living in Dallas, TX for 21 years. After being a stay-at-home Mom for 10 years, she worked for an Oil & Gas company for 16 years. Before moving to Dallas, she was a travel agency manager in San Francisco and Atlanta. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family that she moved closer to be with, exercising, traveling and enjoying fine wine and good food.
Kim Moran grew up in Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Economics and Accounting. Kim moved to Charlotte nearly 30 years ago and has worked in financial services, taking part in mergers, credit underwriting, and learning and development. She also gained her Green Belt in Six Sigma for a project she led at Bank of America.

Recently, she has spent more time in the non-profit sector, working with the YMCA with the training team. Kim has 2 children, a daughter at NC State (Go Wolfpack!) and a son, a senior at Myers Park High School. She is also a dog mom to Ellie. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and planning their next adventure and she likes to take pilates and yoga classes at the Y.

Katie Gunter spent her childhood across the Southeast and Midwest, eventually settling in Charlotte. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Katie returned to Charlotte to start her career in education as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow. She then transitioned into the business world, spending 18 years as a business manager and chief of staff for an executive, where she gained extensive experience in logistics, operations and project management.

career, she recently retired from Charlotte Latin School where she served as Director of Alumni
Relations and Giving for 17 years.

Sally and her husband, Eric, have two adult sons who live in Charlotte and New York City. She
is a beginner golfer, an avid reader of fiction, and thinks there's nothing better than a brisk walk
with friends. Sally's favorite escape is spending time at Lake Junaluska in the western North Carolina mountains where she enjoys gardening and hiking.

Maya Srivastava was born and raised in Massachusetts and received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Suffolk University. Maya moved to Charlotte in 2022 and has worked in corporate and agency digital marketing, specialising in multi-platform paid and organic social media marketing. In her free time, Maya enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, travelling, and trying to master the perfect latte art.
Wendy Bohmfalk grew up in Louisiana. She graduated from Duke University and then joined Accenture where she worked for close to 20 years, first in Consulting and then in Recruiting. With Accenture, Wendy lived in Atlanta, Austin, Philadelphia and Washington, DC. Wendy and her husband moved to Charlotte in 2004. After some time as a stay-at-home parent, Wendy joined Migraine World Summit as Director of Operations.
